Hi, I'm Abigail.

I'm Abigail, a Counsellor in Training at IASH.SG.

I’m a Psychology graduate training to be a Counsellor. I chose this path because I find deep meaning in walking alongside people through life’s journeys.

Why speak to me?

I believe that human beings are created for connection, and this need is at the heart of our well-being. I am a keen and active listener who strives to create a space where you feel deeply heard and understood. I also take pride in my ability to connect with people from all walks of life—regardless of age, gender, cultural background, sexual orientation, occupation, or personality. My approach is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental, helping you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
Therapy is space to explore and reflect on life’s challenges in a safe space with someone skilled in these explorations. It requires trust in your practitioner as they guide you towards growth and healing. As your therapist, I am committed to honouring that trust – so don’t journey alone.
My Approach
I primarily utilise Person-centred Therapy (PCT), while integrating techniques from Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy (FST), depending on your unique needs
