A bit about me.
Dear Friend,
I'm glad you reached out for someone to talk to today. It's possible you're grappling with overwhelming emotions like depression, anxiety, or anger, unable to put them into words. You might fear judgment or dismissive responses like "Why do you feel this way?" or "Why overthink?"
I want you to know that your ability to feel and think deeply signifies self-awareness. Acknowledging your emotions and thoughts is the first step toward genuine humanity. No thoughts or feelings are inherently good or bad.
Personally, I possess a heightened awareness of my emotions and thoughts, often more so than those around me. Daily, I process a multitude of feelings and ideas. There were moments when I shared my thoughts and emotions, only to encounter dismissive reactions like "Why overthink?" or people redirecting the conversation to their experiences.
At times, these responses left me disheartened. I felt alone without someone who truly listened, as people projected their opinions onto me, neglecting my feelings. This loneliness was compounded by the lack of validation for my emotions and experiences.
Your presence here indicates a desire for understanding and validation. I aim to offer companionship and a safe haven where you can express your emotions and thoughts. Not having an outlet for complex feelings can lead to suffocation and isolation.
Remember the quote, "Our feelings are the most genuine paths to knowledge." Even if you're apprehensive about the intensity of your emotions, questioning their validity, know that feeling deeply doesn't signify weakness. I'm eager to learn more about your story, to create a secure space for any sentiment – anger, sadness, or others. Experiencing a range of emotions is authentically human.
You're not alone on this journey. I'm here to lend an ear, provide understanding, and reinforce that your feelings are valid. Together, we'll embrace the complexity of being human.

Bookings are shown only for the next 30 days and close 48 hours before the session begins.
We ask all callers to only have 1 outstanding booking for each Hear Bud at a time, because we would like to give others a chance to speak with the Hear Bud too. Only after the Hear Bud session finishes, then please go ahead and book the same Hear Bud if you would like to.
Cancellations:

Rescheduling disclaimer:

Hear buds may not always be available on the slots you have booked them for.

The admin team will email you to reschedule if the hear bud is not available.
No-shows:

Our Hear Buds will leave the call after 10 mins if you don't show up.
