Hello! I’m Josiah, a Psychology student who’s about to graduate from university 🤠 In my free time, I love to play basketball and game on my PS5 (sometimes too much 😭) I hope to pursue counselling in the future, as I believe that being able to listen and be present with someone can be such a powerful and fulfiling experience.

As I prepare to enter the working world, I find myself feeling anxious and stressed out at times, wondering what the future holds for me. If I’ll even be able to get a job, whether I’m qualified enough for the role… Maybe you’ve felt similarly about certain things too.

Perhaps you felt pressured or overwhelmed at school or at work, finding it hard to stay motivated everyday. Maybe you just feel conflicting emotions about an important decision you have to make. Or maybe you’ve gone through some painful situations… fights at home, a recent breakup, losing a loved one…

We all feel down and out sometimes, and that’s okay! It’s part of being human :”)

I’m not sure what you’re going through, but I hope you know that you’re not alone. There are so many hear buds here who are ready to jump on a call and be here with you 😄

Though I’m still figuring things out, I hope I can be there to listen, to understand you a little more, and perhaps process some of these things together. Or if you just want someone to talk to, I’d be happy to be a friend!
