A bit about me.
Hello, nice to meet you! My name is Xue Qi! ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ
In 2024, I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and now I’m exploring different roles within the mental health industry to find the direction that resonates with me most. Through this journey, I’ve discovered that my next big goal is to become a counselor. I want to develop the skills to truly listen and understand others, helping them navigate life’s challenges with compassion and support.
Growing up, I faced a lack of compassion and proper communication in my family, which led me to bottle up my emotions. I struggled with emotional instability and had difficult interpersonal relationships as a result. Some of the people I pushed away cared for me, but I acted on impulse due to my environment and experiences, and I regret that.
Now, as an adult, I’m fortunate to have met people who reach out to check in when I’m not myself, showing me the importance of having someone there to lean on. They’ve taught me that it’s okay to talk about things that are uncomfortable or make us unhappy. I’ve learned that having a safe space to share struggles can be incredibly freeing. I understand how difficult it can be to open up, but I also know that when you do, it can lift a heavy weight off your shoulders.
I want to be that person for others—someone they can trust to talk through their challenges, knowing they’ll be heard and supported ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶

Bookings are shown only for the next 30 days and close 48 hours before the session begins.
We ask all callers to only have 1 outstanding booking for each Hear Bud at a time, because we would like to give others a chance to speak with the Hear Bud too. Only after the Hear Bud session finishes, then please go ahead and book the same Hear Bud if you would like to.
Cancellations:

Rescheduling disclaimer:

Hear buds may not always be available on the slots you have booked them for.

The admin team will email you to reschedule if the hear bud is not available.
No-shows:

Our Hear Buds will leave the call after 10 mins if you don't show up.
