Hi, I'm Dora.

Hello there! I’m Dora, Counsellor in Training at IASH.SG.
I believe that healing begins in a space where we feel genuinely seen and heard. At our core, I think we all seek connection with ourselves, with others, and with something meaningful.
Whether you’re navigating a life change, sitting with tough emotions, or simply curious to know yourself better, thank you for being here. It is already a powerful first step to consider counselling, and I’m honoured to be part of that journey.
My Approach
I work primarily from a Person-centred Therapy (PCT) Perspective, offering a compassionate and non-judgmental presence where your voice takes center stage.
When need arises, I also draw from Art Therapy, which invite deeper awareness through present-moment experience and creative expression. Sometimes, words may not be enough, which lets art gently open new ways of understanding ourselves.
Why Speak With Me?
With a background in the Arts and years of experience facilitating creative workshops with diverse communities, I hope to bring a playful, grounded, and intuitive presence into the therapy space. Whether through dialogue or image-making, I’m here to support you in connecting more deeply with yourself.
