Hi, I'm Fiona.
Hello there! I am Fiona, a counsellor-in-training at IASH.SG.
Thank you for visiting my profile and for taking the courageous step to seek help through counselling. I hope that your journey in counselling brings you the healing and clarity you need as you navigate through your struggles.
Why speak to me?
Have you ever felt overwhelmed by life’s challenges, unworthy or like you didn’t belong? I understand how heavy those feelings can be because I’ve been there too. Struggles with self-worth and belonging once shaped how I saw myself, my relationships, and the world around me.
Through the process of healing and overcoming many years of hurt, I learned to embrace my worth and began to recognise the love and care of people that had always surrounded me. This journey not only transformed how I see myself but also expanded my ability to love and care for others. I hope that, through counselling, you too can receive the healing you need, just as I did.

I believe that you are inherently worthy and valuable. Each person is unique, and no one should be devalued by their experiences or challenges.

In our sessions, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely. Together, we’ll explore your challenges and work towards the goals you want to achieve. This is your journey, and I’m honoured to be part of it with you.
