Job Description
Join us in our mission to make mental health support more approachable and accessible in Singapore!
As our Mental Health Programs Lead, you’ll be the key person keeping our ongoing initiatives and services running. The person we are looking for is a self-starter, someone who’s keen to learn the ropes about what it’s like to lead and run a mental health startup in Singapore.

In this role, you’ll not just be keeping an overview of our current services, but play a foundational part in paving the way forward for us in the future too. This role will be a dynamic one, you’ll be helping us with things like streamlining our volunteer onboarding and engagement, ideating and building our community events and workshops, as well as working together with us to build up our corporate, community and government partnerships.

You won’t be alone in this though - you’ll be working closely with our founder and counselling professionals who will be co-leading these programs with you. Not only that, but you’ll be getting the support from interns through our government partnerships program (YCCI) as well!

This is a part-time role - and we are looking for someone who’s able to help 3-4 days per week, mostly at our centre and occasionally from home; and someone who’s open to a flexible work arrangement as we might need your help with evening events at times (timings always negotiable and you’ll get 1.5 x off-in-lieu if you’re needed evenings or weekends)

So, are you someone who’s keen to join a fast-paced startup environment? Are you someone who’s passionate about mental health, psychology or counselling? Someone who’s passionate about building something meaningful together?
Then we’d love to hear from you :)
