Hi, I'm Nina.

Hi, my name is Nina. I am a trained counsellor in Singapore.

In this fast-changing world, we are often geared up to having busy schedules ahead of us, or never-ending plans, and if not achieved, a sense of guilt or inadequacy might creep in.

Sometimes it is difficult to talk about what bothers us with our loved ones or those within our circles. Our pains and frustrations are often unspoken, suppressed and experienced alone. Knowing that we might all have different challenges through our life, that will inevitably throw curve balls where some days just seem harder than others.

Why speak to me?

We are only humans. We are allowed to feel hurt, confused and lost.

I am here and would like to offer you a gentle support with my listening ear, where I promise a safe space for you to explore your feelings and emotions. Through our sessions together, I’ll work with you to recover your emotional safety, and gradually we might unbox more, where your grief, sadness, disappointments or other emotions can be gently examined and healed. With compassion and empathy, I want to be able to walk with you in this difficult season of your life, gently guide you towards coming to terms with a new reality and the beginnings of some kind of acceptance.

I have particular interests in supporting people through their grief journey, pregnancy loss and their fertility journeys. I am passionate about creating meaningful human connections with others and I’ll look forward to meeting you in the near future.
