"𝑶𝒑𝒆𝒏 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒗𝒐𝒔 (𝑶𝑯𝑪)" is all about creating space for heartfelt discussions, just like open heart surgery but less surgical and more soulful. 𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙊𝙃𝘾: This is a 1.5-hour online gathering, held monthly, where we come together to talk about matters close to the heart. Our facilitators create a safe and supportive space with ground rules of confidentiality, empathy, and kindness, so you can share openly or simply listen. Whether you're on a journey of self-discovery, healing, or just looking for a meaningful conversation, there's something for everyone in this session. So ready to join in?
