"𝑶𝒑𝒆𝒏 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒗𝒐𝒔 (𝑶𝑯𝑪)" is all about creating space for heartfelt discussions, just like open heart surgery but less surgical and more soulful. This month, we're diving into the theme of: "𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒅𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝒊𝒕 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏 𝒕𝒐 𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒊𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒅?" Reconnecting with our inner child—the part of us that once saw the world with wonder, joy, and curiosity. Over time, responsibilities, expectations, and life experiences may have distanced us from this playful, creative, and emotional core of who we are. What does it truly mean to embrace your inner child? Does it mean healing past wounds, allowing ourselves to play without judgment, or simply listening to the parts of us that still long for love, safety, and expression? Join us as we explore the different ways we can nurture and reconnect with our inner child, embracing both the joys and the vulnerabilities that come with it. Whether it's through self-compassion, creativity, or emotional healing, this conversation will invite us to reflect on what it means to integrate our past selves into our present lives. 𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙊𝙃𝘾: This is a 1.5-hour online gathering, held monthly, where we come together to talk about matters close to the heart. Our facilitators create a safe and supportive space with ground rules of confidentiality, empathy, and kindness, so you can share openly or simply listen.
